COPPER CHANDELIER
For a San Francisco family, designer Ken Fulk restored a faded 19th-century milestone, changing it into a multifunctional 21st-century home without sacrificing any of its time drama. The marble bathtub in the wife's bathroom is by Urban Archaeology, the wallcovering is hand-painted, and the flooring is from Fox Marble.
CANDLE SCONCES
In the guest tub of this Los Angeles farmhouse, a seat is upholstered in the California state flag, the sink and fittings are by Waterworks, the custom wallcovering is by Nathalie Lété, and the door is painted in Farrow & Ball's Studio Green,
glass shower door.
TRADITIONAL SCONCES
The master bathroom's bathtub, sink, fixtures, and black limestone flooring are all by Waterworks at the Upstate New York home. The sconces are by Vaughan, the kilim is from West Elm, and the artworks were bought in Paris and London.
SIMPLE SCONCES
Simple lighting provides striking contrast to this active Finnish wallpaper in the 1950s adorning the walls of this Manhattan apartment powder room, decorated by Katie Ridder. Hanging above a Waterworks sink that is simple yet stylish, a classic FontanaArte mirror echoes the wall colour.
